I always look at the nutrition facts.

Whether I am eating or cooking, I always look at the nutrition facts in foods. I am always reading the backs of boxes, bottles, cans, and jars. I never used to worry about what I ate. But after I had kids, my metabolism changed. Now, it seems like I gain weight even when I look at food. I watch how many calories I consume, and I watch the amount of fat and carbohydrates I eat as well. I also keep an eye on the nutrition facts of the foods that my kids eat. I want them to eat healthy foods.
