People are Willing to Pay for Convenience
There are now bean to cup coffee machines on the market which has a canister dispenser for powdered milk for people who would rather not have fresh milk for their coffee. I cannot imagine how many people would welcome this added feature, although I am sure there are quite a few. Otherwise, the manufacturers would not have made such an addition. There are of course, people who do prefer to drink their coffee with powdered milk rather than having the fresh milk. There is nothing wrong with powdered milk, and it actually will last longer than the fresh milk. Convenience is always a winner.
