Cooking for One - I’m Beginning to Enjoy It
I never thought I would, but I’m beginning to enjoy cooking for one. Now the children have both left home, it felt a bit empty here without them. As a single Mom for 15 years, I thought it would be a big wrench when it came to little things like cooking the meal. But I started to experiment cookin gwhen it was just for me. It seems such a waste though using the big oven. SO I’m going to try a cuisinart tob 175bc convection toaster oven broiler. I saw one in the store today and did not buy it. But now I’m decided, I’ll give it a try
