Good nutrition and plenty of exercise right? WRONG!
If you want to lose a healthy amount of weight as fast as you possibly can, YES it helps if you have an active lifestyle, but who has one of those? Not people with desk jobs usually. So, the best way to go for weight loss in terms of exercise is:
1. Incorporate exercise into your everyday routine - walk to work (or the train), run up stairs, walk fast. etc.
2. Do high intensity exercise whenever you have the chance.
