Bent over - obviously needing sciatica treatment
The guy was bent over in pain. I can still remember looking across the crowded room at him. He was holding his leg at a point above the knee with both his hands. Bent down and his face pulled tight in pain. He was not making a noise, however, and the busy room was full of talk and tall people and his silent, personal pain was not noticed. It was obvious he had sciatica and needed some sciatica treatment. What could I do to help? First hing, I helped him to sit on the cark green carpet and stretch his legs out in front of him. This immediately switched off the stab of pain that had hit him just a few minutes earlier. Next we would have to ifnd a more long term treatment.
