Why buy when you can rent?
The Pleasures of Renting We, my husband and I, rent our home. If things break down, I call the landlord. This expense does not come out of my pocket and I can concentrate on other things. I have the option to move without the hassels of selling. I can give a notice and go. Renting is the way to go as far as I am concerned, less hassels and headaches. I do not worry about insurance or property taxes. I do not have to replace the plumbing or anything. That is what I pay rent for. I do not have to worry about my credit score if I am late paying the rent, and the fees for being late with the rent is alot less than the late fees on a house payment.
