The transferability of skills in the human resources industry
My sister has just commenced a new business course that will specialize in human resources management. She has her career sights set on working for a large company in the human resources division. She is hoping to get a cadetship with a local organization to get some experience. She is then considering going to London to travel and work. Her skills will be transferable to the human resources industry in London so she should be able to get some experience whilst working overseas. The other great thing is the strength of the UK Pound which will make her hourly rate much higher when she transfers her funds back into local currency.
