Is there room for advancement?
I have just become an LPN, and now I am looking for a good job. I was thinking of working in a doctor’s office rather than in a hospital, but now I am not so sure. Is there room for advancement in a small office? I think I might be better taking one of the LPN jobs at the hospital since there are always openings there, and when I become an RN I will be able to move to an RN position with an increase in salary and responsibility. I need to be sure there is an opportunity for advancement in whatever position I take.
